You keep trying to turn this into an argument as to what the government would or would not do, when it is _really_ about what the government can or cannot do. The debate is over when people start bringing magic explosives, disppearing buildings, invisible ninja bomb experts and/or holographic 767s to the table. When you can bring a scenario rooted in reality, we can have an honest debate here.
