And it was specifically 25-75 I find creepy. 25-year-olds are not usually drawn to people three times their age for romantic reasons. Once the younger parties involved hit 40, however, I figure they’re as mature and savvy as they’re likely to get, so it’s all good. But if, as pointed out, they weren’t “together” at 25-75 and it all happened later, I’m less squicked by it. ---

Tony Randall and his second wife, Heather, had a 50 year age difference and married when he was 75 and she was 25. While it left her a rich young widow with two small kids I believe she genuinely cared for him. ---
