Since the above thread is closed, I’m using this forum to add my 2 cents: 99 Little Known Facts About Cecil Adams: #whatever-- Cecil is so f\*\*king rich from this website and has so many “associates” that he cannot answer a 2-year old question that has implications for every American, regardless of political persuasion. ---

The [original](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=333927) was at least somewhat amusing. The sequel, not so much. We don’t normally get comments on columns Cecil hasn’t written, but you’ve got me curious. What was the earth-shaking question the Perfect Master refused to answer? ---

Actually, he evidently hasn’t refused to answer, but it is still in his “stack” to be answered, according to the reply I received from someone on the website I wrote to to complain about his not answering. (Even though the question was submitted eons ago.) It had to do with the difference between ANWR and the NPR. ---
