# A bad way to stop smoking

Happened again this week. Kelso, WA, at the BP station by I-5. I was catching up on voicemail on the pay phone and I watched the advanced-aged woman working the station come out for a smoke three times (lots of voicemail), including an instance in which she left the cig smoldering in an ashtray just outside the door.

I asked her about store policy… says she’s allowed to smoke there on the curb in front of the door. Twelve feet from the pump.

How do you make a kitten go woof? Douse it in gas, flick a match… WOOF !
