since I posted my attack on horseflesh after his general attack, and I didn’t counter it (cause it wasn;t here when I went to post). Does that null my attack? Do I need to counter his general attack first?

I havent read all the posts yet but,
mighty\_maxx, you do not need to counter a general attack before you make specific attacks, however, you cannot make both a general and specific attacks at the same time.
