If it’s not convenient, it won’t work. Sorry, but that’s just human nature. Making fruits and vegetables affordable and convenient might help some people eat a healthier diet. Telling them “don’t drink soda” probably won’t, and it’s not like people haven’t heard that message a million times already anyway. I do agree with his grouping of fruit juice and soda into the same category, though. ---

Looking over that thread, Springs1 has kind of a similar posting style to Stoid. Long, crazy diatribes, random capitalizing, random underlining when she gets really mad. I haven’t seen her post in red yet, but I haven’t read the whole thing. ---

That’s the ONLY thing that’s worked for me. I can read books, journal, follow fads, read threads like this… but I’d be doing myself more good if I closed the laptop and got on my bike instead. ---
