My wife likes Cosi’s TBM Melt (tomato, basil and mozzarella), except that she doesn’t care for tomatoes. So whenever I have to order that for her, I have to ask for a “BM Melt.” ---

Vaguely related, in the sense that it involves removing a food item from a menu option (and I’ve posted this before) - my sister is a vegetarian and she goes to McDonald’s and orders “two Big Macs, no meat” on a regular basis. One as a combo (for the fries and drink, obviously) and the other because just one Big Mac without meat isn’t filling enough. ---

BTW, the Cold Cut Combo (CCC) is made with turkey-based meats, not the BMT, FWIW. YMMV, but I find them both PBG (pretty damn good). Never tried the BLT. ---

In 2010, McDonald’s Japan introduced a new burgers named after locations for its [BIG AMERICA](http://www.mcdonalds.co.jp/beef/bigamerica/) series. Texas Burger, New York Burger, California Burger, Hawaiian Burger And this year: Grand Canyon Burger, Las Vegas Burger, Broadway Burger, Beverly Hills Burger ---
