Giles is talking to Travers about the Council’s habit of using up it’s Slayers. Travers talks about the Council’s job of fighting evil. He says: "The Council remains, the Slayers change. " Giles replies:“That’s a very comforting, bloodless way of looking at it, isn’t it?” Since I’m not sure this answer is correct, I won’t leave a quote of my own. ---
