It’s definately a reference to Oz’s “We could go after the Mayor with hummus.” comment (when asked for a worse plan). I’m thinking Cordelia to Buffy in Graduation Day pt. 1? “That’s the kind of woolly-headed, liberal thinking that leads to being eaten.” ---
