He has also not been warned since no one has reported a post that broke any rules to my knowledge. ---

Tom is trying to [del]herd cats[/del] moderate a debate as well as enforce the overall rules. Whether a particular post would need modding in one of my forums, well I would have to see it first. So far no one has reported a post by the poster in question in my forums. Or if they did and I don’t remember no official action was required. I can’t say anything about the other forums since I don’t get those reports. ---

It seems to me that he’s using his mod powers to silence someone that he personally disagrees with.
