A large number of Dopers set their stuff back down well past the high water mark. Dougie\_monty is one of them. He sees a young American Indian woman walking along the wet flats, dressed similarly–in beach shorts, flip-flops, a Hawaiian shirt, and an old straw hat. She stops and stares at the slightly washed-down sandman he made. Other Dopers gather round as she asked him, “What does that say?” ---

Don’t call the okra I eat slimy. My Dad was from Arkansas and he cooked it a lot. A bunch of us gather in front of a fire to toast marshmallows. I find a big tree branch with lots of points, and so I toast about two dozen marshmallows on it, for anyone to take off the branch when they’re ready. 🙂 ---
