A bipartisan meeting of the minds, if you will, with good things for all of us. It will require a couple ammendments to our good old Constitution, though. Here’s the deal; For you: I’ll pass an ammendment to abolish the requirement that the President be born in the US. You get to run The Governator in '08. Cool, huh? 🆒 For me: you pass an ammendment to abolish Presidential term limits. As long as we vote for a candjdate, he/she gets to run. That way I get to run Uncle Bill. Clinton vs Schwarzenegger in '08. Whaddya say? I put a lot of thought into this proposal, so please treat it with thr respect which it deserves. Peace, mangeorge ---

Eh, neither proposal is horrible on its merits. You’re mistaken, though, if you believe Arnold Schwarzenegger is a “cinservative”. 😛 ---

That’s a “conservative” no matter how you spell it. ---

In the abstract, though, I’d be fine with letting foreign-born citizens and/or two-term Presidents run. ---

Oh, and the most likely beneficiary of such a rule change would NOT be Arnold- it would be Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, who was born in Canada, and would be a strong contender for a spot on the ticket, otherwise. ---

Sorry, but the rest of the country isn’t as enamored with Arnold as Califoria seems to be. And we certainly don’t want to ammend the Constitution for his sake. ---

Quite frankly, I disagree with both of your proposed ammendments. I don’t want no foreigner runnin’ mah gov’ment, and I sure’s’hell don’t want Assbag, err, Clinton or her husband back 😃 ---

Term limits, however, I agree with. ---
