**Butters** oh my. As long as their caregivers came along, you should be fine. **BatBoy** I remember money for college always sucked. Have you looked into work-study through your program? You get credits and money, if I remember correctly. Also talk to a financial aid advisor and see if there’s any other programs they recommend. Back in the stone age, they used to have a huge binder in their office we could look through of aid programs, grants and so on. These days, I imagine they’ll have a list of websites. I sympathize. I’m still paying of my Master’s Degree. Hubby came home last night. Yay. I slept horribly, again. Just seems to be my thing now. Coffee in bed with dogs for now. Up in a bit to purtify and face my fans. Happy Firday all. ---

**Sunny** Oh yes, with binders and supervisors and cranky babies. It was only a brief time for the fire dept to check everything out and they left. It happens often, not the fire part, but weird smells or just drills and if the weather is bad or hot or cold they bring them in here. If it is raining they bring them all in including toddlers and up to age 5 I think. Total of over 300-400 altogether. That is when it is crazy. I forgot today is the last day of the month so I have to stay for inventory at 6PM when we close or come in and do it first thing in the morning before we open. I am staying today. Need my weekend. Happy weekend all! The babies are so cute. They bring them in rolling cribs or little wagons. ---

I just booked my sweetie and me on a [cruise](https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/cruises/9NightCanadaNewEnglandCruise-GR09N029?currencyCode=USD&sCruiseType=CO&sDateMin=2017-10-01&sDateMax=2017-10-31&crownAndAnchorSociety_memberId=351781059&loyaltyTier=G&sailDate=10%2F19%2F2017)in October. I visited Boston about 40 years ago, and I’ve never been to the other ports of call, so I’m looking forward to this. We were going to try a Panama Canal cruise this fall but it would have required driving to Fort Lauderdale. I’m thinking that should be planned for after we quit working. So 2 years from now. Anyway, autumn vacation again - yay! ---

I hope that you find a better job soonest, **nettie**. **swampy** , you read my mind on the salmon patties. I’ll be fixing them tomorrow with crack broccoli and some sort of starch. **bat boy** , I can’t help you out financially, but I can offer beer and chocolate. 😛 **butters** , I’ve been a make up only for job interviews, funerals and weddings sort of girl for better than a decade. Although I learned the how-to part early on, the last time that I wore it for irk was when I sold advertising. I got the groceries bought, a dish to take to my friend’s birthday party this evening and am dressed and ready to leave for a haircut and to purchase a new purse. My daily driver has developed a stress spot on the strap and I really don’t want to lose it at an inopportune moment. ---

Victuals have been ingested and the kitchen is all cleanded. The a/c is on due to the fact I got warmish whilst makin’ comestibles. All is good. **flytrap** would I be confessin’ that I haven’t slothed enough to that Priest? I wonder what kind of Penance one would receive for that. Veg in front of the teevee an extra hour? Two naps the next day? ---

Ugh Happy Firday! It’s been a very dreary rainy day. I was up all night again, then slept all day today. It would be cool it the reason I am up all night is due to partying, but no, I’m just can’t sleep at night. ---

I got the lawnmower tuned up, I think, but I don’t have any gas in any of the gas cans. (that was on purpose. Don’t want old gas.) It’s supposed to rain tomorrow, so I’ll mow next week, even though my neighbors are out mowing their lawns and taunting me. 😛 I’ve had chocolate beer. Once. ---

We let Cracker Barrel make supper. Their fried haddock dinner is pretty good - I get it with carrots and broccoli. Now we’re home and I’m about to assume the crochet position. It was a good mental health day for me. I’m giving serious consideration to talking to the boss about going to a 4-day work week unless the workload demands otherwise. Manual labor tomorrow, chillage tonight. ---
