That’s what I get for being in too big of a hurry to cut & paste.

2010 is actually the year of the Tiger.

Nice pussy.

Sorry, 2007 was the year of the Pig, '08 was Rat, '09 Ox and 2010 will be the year of the Tiger.

We will see '11 Cat, '12 Dragon, '13 Snake, '14 Horse, '15 Goat, '16 Monkey, '17 Rooster, '18 Dog.
Then rinse and repeat.

In my slight defense, I copied that from someone who should know better. So it didn’t occur to me to cross check.

Mea culpa.

I don’t believe there is a year of the Cat. You’re missing Sheep, so that’s probably what that should be.

If the past month has been any indication, 2010 will most certainly _not_ be the year of the Tiger.

My book is based on the Viet Namese calender, which uses some different animals. The Chinese year of the rabbit, is the year of the cat in Viet Nam, the sheep is the goat.

[here](http://www.rainfall.com/horoscop/chinese.htm) are the Chinese signs.
[Here](http://www.thingsasian.com/stories-photos/1198) are the Vietnamese signs. The only difference my book shows is the (Water) Buffalo as the Ox.
