Sapphire, getting a block of hotel rooms is amongst Flypside’s duties (although I think I foolishly offered to help, so we’ll see who ends up actually doing it), but he can’t do that until after he has an approximate headcount of attendees. If the last Spiffled is any indication, there should definitely be enough of us to qualify for a group rate. ---

Okay - just as a forewarning… Someone has to make damn sure that I am cut off after 2 beers. I usually drink water when I go out but last night, I drank 4 beers and was pretty damn sick. It isn’t pretty. Two showers and a bath later, I was still drunk. So just a little warning - no more than 2 beers for Tibs or all hell breaks loose. I think I grabbed a random girl’s ass. Crikey, I’m going to have to drive with my head down today! Tibs ---

Follow that with a cement mixer for best results. What’s that, never had one of those. Well, it’s easy: 1 shot Baileys Irish Cream 1 shot lime juice Pour the Baileys in your mouth and hold it, then add the lime juice and swish. Enjoy. ---

Amatuers. You wanna know how to get truly fershcnookered without memorizing the right way to make a drink? Play Bar Roulette. What you do is, if the bartender has bottles under the bar (preferably two rows) pick two numbers. The bartender corresponds those numbers to the bottles under the bar, mixes you a shot out of whatever you just picked without telling you what you’re about to drink, and you shoot it down no questions asked. Guarenteed to put you on your ass toot sweet. ---
