Um, sorry, that’s my fault. It actually says “leave out the first-person pronoun out” - I didn’t realize I’d already used “out” in that sentence. It’s hard to proofread these for actual sentence clarity…

Okay, White Lightning, I’ll come to your rescue and solve some of the ones that have just been left hanging here! (I think…) I take full responsiblity if any of these are wrong… I am fairly sure that most of them are right, but sometimes you just never know!
“nc” is “once”… I think the translation is further up in the thread somewhere… yes, in my post!
Funny, I was thinking the same thing for the last line of the previous post!
I thought the last line of your translation would have been “Ouch! My eyes are bleeding!” Nice imagery there, at any rate…
Yours is:
I think I’ve lost my shoe.
Where oh where could it be?
Oh there it is,
Underneath my dresser!
Oh, bugger all this for a lark.
These are not so hard to decipher, but if I write them, my brain gets scrambled into mush.
So, who likes ice cream? I do, my favorite flavor is… cookies and cream. What is your favorite kind?
Heh, I could get (?) at this, how about you? [if it was a “gd” combination, I’d have guessed “I could get good at this”… darn!]
I’m the very model of a modern major general.
Sorry, it is.
“Ideally”, words should have lots of vowels in them, making translating difficult. [that one was easy… it’s your last sentence before the subscripted stuff that I’m having trouble with!]
This is proving to be harder than I thought.
the ??? of an entire race is not impossible, but complete annihilation is unheard-of. [if the second word were “lmntn”, I’d have little trouble pegging it as “elimination”, but it’s not, so I can’t think of what it could be… unless you skipped a letter there]
[sub]Best to stick with what I know.[/sub]
Seemed to me the most logical answer.

Okay, if that was too easy try this one, what’s the difference between a light bulb and a pregnant lady?
You can unscrew a light bulb.
All of you guys just like writing them, no one wants to solve anyone else’s.
Well, if you think I’m going to pick up all of your slack again, you can just forget it. [the same goes for me as well… though this is fun in a way, it’s really making my brain hurt!]
king of spain, I agree with you… it is hard to proof for clarity in this game. You could do what I do: just write out the whole sentence, THEN eliminate all the vowels! Might make it easier.
Oh, and White Lightning, I figured that out while looking at it beforehand!
On refreshing the original thread, I got this:

An abstract point: when “sq” trees have a dialogue, neither “tpcs” the other. They are “cqul”.
You’re killing me.
That one was so hard! I’m glad someone else got it before my head exploded! (and given the subject matter of the post, it would have; I know nothing about computer/programming language or whatever that was supposed to be about)
Flamsterette_X, thank you.

My guess is I could get used to this.

What? No vowels? How are we supposed to type anything without vowels? This is ridiculous! There’s no way anyone could do this! And I agree.

Sweet! You owe me a dollar.
Just kidding. Here’s a clue: you’re only missing 13 letters.
