Morning irk shift is over, time for some N.O.L., and then back to the grind. I need to straighten up around the house a bit as well. I watch a lot of crime shows and a lot of time the police will search a house and say this or that is out of place. I think how do they know? One of the things mentioned last night that hand lotion was on the table next to the couch. I keep hand lotion next to the couch. My hands get dry, I have lotion next to the bed and next to the sinks. I can’t remember some of the other things mentioned, but I think if the police ever search my house they are going to have a lot of fun figuring out why everything is out of place. ---

Survey says… I have two knees full of arthritis. Meniscus and ligaments are OK, but cartilage is about 80-90% gone. For now, the plan is to try injections of some sort of gel that aims to improve the internal cushioning. ---
