I’m unable to check mine! The OP’s directions bring me to an account details page that doesn’t contain my start date. I wonder if it’s because I’m required to sign in through the Outlook skin for some reason? ---

My account info doesn’t include the info either. I stopped using this account eight years ago, though. My best guess is around 1997 or 1998. I had another one in 1996 on yahoo. ---

I can’t tell either. I’m pretty sure I had it before I had my son, so early 1998. ---

Crap, it seems it’s no longer possible to access one’s Hotmail registration date. That’s annoying. My oldest archived message dates from Jan. 8, 1998, but I’m pretty sure I registered sometime in October or November 1997. Still use the account, BTW. ---

My hotmail account has (presumably) been long since disabled due to inactivity, but, through a quirk of technology, I still use it as my Apple ID. I signed up in middle school, which would have been… err… either '97 or '98. ---

…but I can’t find the exact date. None of the suggested ways of finding the answer to this work for me, which is probably because the questions and answers are years old. ---
