If we revert to 1922 I for one would sit it out 9 more years, which sets us straight to 1932, the year _Brave New World_ was published, thus I I go full retro and swap Charing Cross for **Charing T**. Irreality rules! (pun intended, thus not capitalized). Tooting Bec and Sloane Square have therefore derailed, @Dead_Cat’s pass can be unwound, if (s)he so wishes. ---

They haven’t addressed the difference in Daylight Time between the US and the rest of the world? I thought that was scheduled for the 2019 conference in Beijing. ---

The proposal is to register all moves internationally in GMT on all even numbered non-leap years (except for already scheduled sanctioned Eurasian matches in 2022, where moves will be registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan local time). ---
