So, _nobody_ voted to Brexit because of hysteria about immigration? Is that your premise, here? Can you offer us any evidence for this extraordinary proposition? Or is it, OK, some did. Well, then, how many? Seeing as how it passed but barely, can you give us a reason to believe it would have passed _without_ that factor? I have cigarettes available, I can blow smoke up my ass without your help. ---

I’d say 52% of the British public just shot themselves in the foot. I question their judgment. After all, Britain was large enough to opt out of basically anything about the EU they didn’t like, a la carte style. I doubt whether England will have the same degree of influence. The Scots presumably will gain power, as will a united Ireland. ---

I commend the brevity of the OP’s post. I learned this fact from all my butthurt liberal friends on Facebook who just simply had to castigate those that disagree with them with howls of racism-xenophobia-bigot-you-hate-brown-people attacks. I tell you, it’s like I had seen it before or something. It’s like anytime you hold a differing viewpoint from a liberal that automatically turns you into a racist. And boy, are they just jumping out of their knickers to tell everyone about it. I love the smell of liberal tears in the morning. Some given % are overt racist. Some are not but construct elaborate rationales for why they agree with those who are on any given question. Some are not but fall for the elaborate rationales and end up voting with the first two categories of people. ---

Not just lack of education, but also lower-working class (the two are not mutually inclusive) and OLD. So dumb, working class and OAP folks in the UK voted to get out of the EU, freaking out those who are vaguely intelligent, working and YOUNG (who have more investment in the future than the old farts harkening to the good days when Steptoe and Son was prime TV. Fuck. ---
