Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’ here. Purtified for work even! Ima go meet ol’ y’all know who at IHOP for brekkies in a bit. Just cause. **rigs** definitely get a second opinion. If runnin’ is sump’n ya really like, it’s worth it to know whether or not that might be adding to the problem. Also, I don’t think I said it yesterday, but the hair color is really nice. Hiya, **beebs**! We miss you around here. Come back and tell us what’s going on in your life! It’s quiet here, too. It’s early yet, though. My new cube neighbor is at our other facility getting trained today. He sure is a talkative one! I’m his mentor I guess. His accent is rough for me. He’s from India, and talks very, very fast. I have to have him repeat himself all the time! Very cute and enegetic young man. I’m having lunch -cheap Chinese- with my old co-worker and friend today, along with another girl I work with. I’m going to wear a toga from now on. I know that there have been threads on this, but… Ya know that new women’s sizing that they are touting at Lane Bryant and Fashion Bug? Well, a couple of weeks ago after I’d lost some weight I took my measurements and I was a Blue 9. So, all excited about my weight loss I head off to Fashion Bug (hey, it’s cheap) to buy a new pair of jeans. Now, let me clarify, Fashion Bug carries my ‘normal’ size. However, when I get there, their “Right Size” pants only go up to Blue 8!:smack: I was extremely disappointed and figured that all my hard work was for naught, but just in case, I travelled to Lane Bryant, too. Yep, the same thing. Nothing over a Blue 8. Fast forward to today… I’ve lost a few more pounds and an inch here or there and so I remeasure. Drumroll please: I’m now a Blue 7.:smack: Note: I did NOT lose that many inches. I don’t know what these people are thinking.:dubious: ---

If you end up wearing a mumu or elastic-waistband jogging pants, though, you’ve let the bastards win. Snow forts sound like fun. I may have to build one of my lawn, so that I can pitch snowballs at unsuspecting neighbourhood kids. _tents fingers and laughs evilly_ I’m really sleepy this morning - the cold outside is sending my subconscious into hibernation mode, I think. Mornin’ **Soapy** , you’re still too old for that show. (Sorry!!) You would have been in High School by the time it started; it was a cartoon (Saturday Mornings??) for kids. I was 7 or 8 when it was popular. **Pie** , I know. That new sizing sucks. Oh, and their sizing guide isn’t all that accurate anyway. So, even if you’re supposed to be a 9, still try on the 8. And those pants are frickin’ expensive, especially considering how long they _don’t_ last. Ugh. I was at Lane Bryant last night looking for clothes. It annoys me that they’re now pricing their sweaters and such $10 more than last season just so they can put them on “sale” at the old price. I really really liked that sweater, but I still wasn’t willing to pay that much for it. ---

Hehe! This made me laugh, I wasnt bothered if you guys thought I was a boy or girl - Im just happy to have a nice group of folks to talk to 😛 You guys make me laugh! I recognise the show Jem but do not remember watching it. ive also never heard of the name Jem as a male name. **Pie** dont get me started on clothes sizing here! Im only just over the 5ft mark and I find it near impossible to find trousers that fit! Every place you go to have different ideas as to what classes as petite. Tops can also be hassle - I have a large bust so I have to get bigger sizes to cover which means sometime the arms and neck area is far to big. _sigh_ Bras are another problem - its so difficult to get a bra that doesnt look like some old granny bra! So while we’ve established Im female how about guessing how old I am (without cheating!!). This could be interesting! :p:D ---
