My theory is that Kanye West has a very talented twin brother (Bowfinger West) that writes and produces all of his music while Kanye is the embarrassing public face of the act. ---

(And not that anyone gives a shit what Time magazine has to say about music, but they put _Yeezus_ at number one of 2013. My favorite album _mbv_ ended up #3, so somebody there’s gotta have some taste. 🙂 ---

In the manic phase, people can feel godlike and have a hugely inflated sense of self worth. Every idea is brilliant. Many can be but I think because they tend to go for long periods with little or no sleep they tend to lose touch with reality. Of course I’m hardly an expert on the disorder, this is just based on people I’ve known and their self-reporting. Plus I’ve never known any of them to rise to quite the same level of douchey-ness. ---
