I, for one, did not realize it, but the sticky about the Pit rules has been updated in what I consider significant ways. I did not notice this, and I think it would be a good idea to publicize this a bit. There is a thread discussing this in ATMB, should you be moved to comment. Regards, Shodan ---

For clarification purposes, is the following acceptable? “OP, I heard someone say you could go fuck yourself. Your thoughts on that baseless accusation?” It isn’t me saying it! It’s hearsay I tell you! Nothing against the OP, just using you for example purposes. ---

The point **Shodan** correctly made is that posters did not realize rules had changed. And since the other thread got promptly locked and now this one moved, folks will still come in and post threads w/o knowing the rules had changed. Yea, you’ve got the sticky at the top but people don’t always look at it - it’s there, all the time, I often don’t notice it, and frankly didn’t today. ---

I didn’t notice it either til I saw the closed Pit thread. Oh well, it’s not like the people in charge care. If they did, maybe they wouldn’t have completely changed the function and purpose of a forum after over a decade of that forum’s existence. ---

Its a joke. March Fool’s Day is coming up. Its St. Swiving’s Day. Gotta be something like that, this is too braindead to be real. That said, **RR** ’s copulative proposal, expressed in the imperative, is deeply offensive to my deceased grandmother in both the wording and the intent. I should like to have him shot, if that isn’t too much trouble. ---

Like **wring** , I did not notice that the rules sticky had changed, and I thought I would bring that to the boards’ attention. I guess I should have included a link to the other discussion in ATMB to preclude discussions of the Pit rules in the Pit, where it is now forbidden. I don’t see much purpose in a duplicate discussion, as **Squink** , so mods, feel free to lock this as you see fit. Regards, Shodan
