As it turned out, the OP was not entirely correct. The judge did indeed throw out the lawsuit–but also gave the attorneys some valuable info in how to amend it (and thus possibly get somewhere:
Well, hell, it’s possible to eat there 23 times a day - doesn’t mean it’s healthy for you.
This version of the lawsuit is almost as dumb as the original one, IMHO. (Unless there have been commercials where McDonalds was trying to pass their food off as healthy, in which case I guess a “false advertising” type angle might have some slight merit.)
So when can we expect the other six signs of the apocalypse?
