# A new barbeque - convince me

I like charcoal cause there is a bit of a taste difference, if you’re gonna use gas cook inside. 🙂

I’ve heard that from people, but then blind taste tests don’t seem to bear it out. Also, using wood chips doesn’t work indoors.
