Hey, OP there are other possible explanations why some hires/promotions don’t work out. I discovered I wasn’t very good at, and didn’t like, middle management even though I was good at the “lower” position.
Something you might want to keep in mind if they offer to promote you from “Fries” to “Front Counter”.
From what I’ve read she treated both men and women with equal arrogance and disrespect. She’s not a feminazi, she just doesn’t handle subordinates well. As Pope wrote of the Duchess of Marlborough:
“Superiors? Death! And equals? What a curse!
But an inferior not dependent? Worse!”
So, how did Abramson accomplish this supposed personal Affirmative Action program anyway? Did she have “binders full of women”, like Mitt Romney’s people?
