Trump really is stiffing Giuliani and this has truly put a hurt in Giuliani’s finances. What is more interesting, and may be worth its own thread, is what this says about the financial condition of Rudy Giuliani and other Trump associates (at least those that do the dirty work, ala Giuliani, Flynn, Bannon, etc.). They all seem to be rather… broke. Or, desperately needing free cash flow, to put it kindly. ---
