I assume these guys count as Trump enablers They set up robocalls telling people that if they voted by mail in law enforcement would use that to track down old warrants and many other lies. The Michigan judgement dropped today. The judge is imposing sanctions on Powell, Wood, et al., and is referring them for suspension/disbarment. One of the sanctions is mandatory continuing legal education cancels, minimum of 6 hours each on rules of filing suits and election law. Mike Dunford is currently doing a live reading/commentary on Twitch. He’s about 45 minutes in and we’re still on page 9 of a 110-page opinion and it is _hot_. The judge is clearly, clearly, clearly _pissed off_ at these bozos. ---

For all these months, the general public has been given the impression that to be admitted to the bar means, fundamentally, to be a Lying Clown. And furthermore, the public has come to realize, the extravagant deliberate deception and buffoonery an attorney practices will lead to absolutely NO negative consequences. At all. So maybe we’re going to see some push back on this “fact” we’ve all come to believe about those who call themselves attorneys. We saw a bit of push back with the recent news about Giuliani.
