I _sooo much_ want Donald to wind up in jail for this. It would be like getting Al Capone on tax evasion. You can’t nail him on the big, obvious criminal stuff but he goes down for something stupid and petty like this. It would be, to borrow a phrase, “perfect”. ---

They key part of that article was pointing out as President, Trump had the authority to declassify documents. That’s why he didn’t suffer any consequences for releasing a spy satellite image of an Iranian missile launch site on Twitter. That could play enough into his defense to keep off the handcuffs for now. ---
