Not only did he get the most votes for him of any sitting president, he got by far the most votes against him of any sitting president. So he was the most vote-generating sitting President in US history (not adjusted for population growth). ---

I think Fani Willis is in the end stages of her Atlanta investigation. This is the most important case of all, in my view. If she succeeds – and as I just said in another thread, in a just world, she should – Trump will be safely tucked away within the Georgia penal system. He won’t be running for anything and will be miserable. But Trump will leave the country before that happens, I think. ---
