He’s always been good **out** of court, when he can use his deep pockets to bully other parties into dropping claims, or into accepting bullshit “I’ll to a charity using other peoples’ money” settlements. I don’t actually know what his track record is for suits that make it all the way to a judgement of one kind of another. ---
