More voter fraud by a Republican. Orlando told Saratoga he could not afford to pay the invoice and any future bill, the source added. Saratoga is the previous proxy solicitor. They’ve now hired a new one. I hope for his sake he’s getting paid in advance. Gotta love these Trump hangers on bleeding themselves to keep his doomed venture afloat. Here’s how they managed to extend this vote: > Digital World was set to liquidate on Thursday and return the money raised in its September 2021 initial public offering to shareholders unless action was taken. However, the SPAC said on Thursday its managers lent it $2.88 million as part of an arrangement to unilaterally extend its life to Dec. 8 and avoid liquidation. I would think so. The lenders have a loan contract with SPAC. The share holders have no guarantee of a return on investment. The money to be made on Truth Social, was all made in the third week in October amid a feeding frenzy of MAGA investors caused the stock price to jump from under ten dollars a share to $94 a share. All the MAGA’s who bought at that price are losing money but the ground floor guys who sold their shares to them made a killing. ---
