Note that Team Trump’s other big legal argument is that he has free rein to call anything a personal record, without review by anyone. I don’t see Dearie as buying it. ---

Yes, Cannon can just dismiss him for any reason or no reason at all, and since he’s not dancing like a puppet as he should be, she might just exercise that. Of course, if the 11th Circuit calls bullshit on the whole SM thing, then it might not matter. ---
