Looks like Graham will have to obey the subpoena from Georgia and go forth to testify. The Supreme Court has declined a chance to block it. This case is about Trump trying to pressure Georgia officials to alter a vote count. To “find” more votes for him. And Graham has knowledge about this attempt. I note that the Speech or Debate clause states that “for any Speech or Debate in either house” members of Congress “shall not be questioned in any other place.” Graham is NOT being asked to testify about a speech or debate in the Senate chambers or House of Representatives. He will be asked about his knowledge of Trump’s attempt to pressure a state into “finding” more votes for him, in order to illegally overturn an election. This is his chance to do the right thing, and testify truthfully. And pigs might fly. ---
