Here’s the catch-22. You cannot prosecute a President for what did in Office, you have to impeach him and try him in the senate… BUT, since he’s not President NOW you cannot impeach him because that’s unconstitutional. If he’s Republican. If he’s a Democrat, then do both because Law and Order! ---
