He says resume padding; I say misrepresentation of credentials. I’ve disemployed people for a lot less, but apparently my professions have higher standards than the government’s. One of our former employees spend a few years in a federal penitentiary for misrepresenting their education and employment history. The charge was something like interstate fraud since they contracted to provide services across state lines based on this misrepresentation of education and former employment, even though no licenses or certifications were involved. ---
