Mar a lago is not a private residence. Remember the kerfuffle that occurred when trump decided he would live there. There was a use agreement that he could not live there for 3 consecutive weeks in a year. Trump got around that stating that he was living there as a bona fide employee. Could be a loophole there. ---

There was a rather infamous case where BofA wrongly foreclosed on a home, then ignored the homeowner’s attempt to collect after the homeowner won their lawsuit.
