Not sure if it’s been posted elsewhere: [Fresh charges against Trump Org’s CFO](https://abcnews.go.com/US/manhattan-da-threatens-former-trump-organization-cfo-allen/story?id=96864076) Allen Weisselberg already made a plea deal on fraud charges, so hopefully he’ll drop Trump in it on these new ones. The fact that his name is a perfect anagram of ‘rebelling weasels’ seems very appropriate. ---

I guess this guy is no longer a Marine. So the JAG would not get involved. I suppose. **Any active service members** involved should be dropped off in Leavenworth. Trump was the commander in chief at the time he directed people to overthrow the US government. He should also be held accountable by the JAG. But, Trump was the **civilian** leader of the US military. So I guess the JAG can’t get involved there. ---

So… female citizens in the National Guard are not in the militia? Um What? What about males in the National Guard? Isn’t the National Guard pretty much THE militia? Can any lawyer here interpret that gibberish? ---

It means all male citizens between ages 17 and 44, inclusive, plus all females who are in the Guard. Also all males in that age range who are trying to become citizens. ---
