Lawrence O’Donnell had what I considered a good take on this last night (Tuesday): Carlson hates Trump, and the feeling is probably mutual — but they both have hooks into Trump’s base, so they don’t want to risk alienating it. Hence the kissy-kissy. ---

It will be interesting see what happens closer to the election, especially if someone like DeSantis is ahead in the primaries. Maybe folks like Carlson, Hannity, Cruz, Graham, Rubio et al. will finally grow a pair. Ha ha, just kidding. Of course they won’t. ---

I hope that the courts, tired of his BS finally start seriously considering him and his representatives as Vexatious Litigant by any common understanding and sanction the fuck out of everyone involved. This crap has gone on in large part because there have been so few consequences. And _because_ of that, we’ve had a massive proliferation of meritless, CT driven lawfare attempts across the country, most often at or incurring massive taxpayer expense. When there are so few consequences, is it any surprise to an educated individual that faith in the courts is at an all time low (leaving out how LEO walks from most things, the SCOTUS lying their ass off, and taking millions in ‘gifts’ which are someone not an issue)? ---
