I always enjoy comparing Trump’s foaming-mouthed invective against any of his own former hand-picked “best people” with how he described them a short few years ago when he hand-picked them. Yeah, he’s pretty consistent in choosing terrible people. He’d make a great Human Resources guy-just pick the opposite candidate from Trump and you’d be all set! ---

Pretty much everybody, not just in politics but _ **everybody** _ who has ever worked with or for trump, has to make a decision at some point- sell their soul and go along with the terrible, awful things he says and does, or resist and be thrown under the bus. Or, oftentimes they go along with him and _ **still** _ get thrown under the bus. ---

Yeah, they thought they could draw a line in the sand, but Trump went over the line so often (and as I said early in his presidency, not just a little bit, but like Bob freaking Beamon at the Mexico City Olympics) that they just quit even trying. ---
