I think that’s the FERMI exclusion principle where the stated value for tax purposes and stated value as backing for getting lower interest rate loans can’t exist in the same state (or value) Must be a way to get fermi to some sort of trump tax lawyer acronym ---

Also, the DOJ has a policy that they can’t indict a sitting president, so any crimes committed by Trump would have to wait until he was out of office. And because he wasn’t convicted during his impeachment trials it’s double jeopardy to indict him now that he’s out of office.
