So I actually had a moment of schadenfreude, although it’s more about Republicans in general, so I’ll have to pause the sitcom for a moment. Which confirms to me, what others have been saying for years, is when a Republican says “Thoughts and Prayers” they are ACTUALLY saying “Sucks to be you, too bad!”. Seeing fellow Republicans troll each other with it though? Schadenfreude. And now back to our sitcom: McCarthy appears as a special guest star - promising to help our buddy-comedy partners back in the big leagues, to much rejoicing, only to find out by the end of the episode that he’s been fired, and askes if he can couch-surf for a few days. ---
