Legal Eagle on why Alina Hababa may be disbarred. TL;DW: Before she was Trump’s lawyer, Hababa approached a woman who had filed a suit against Bedminster for sexual harassment by a manager. Hababa befriended the woman and persuaded her to fire her lawyer and have Hababa handle the settlement, which was extremely favorable to Trump. Hababa didn’t let the woman see the contract before signing it, and lied about certain provisions of it. Yeah…leaving aside the debate about what “should” be grounds for getting disbarred, from what my lawyer friend tells me, screwing over your own client, much less approaching a potential client for the express purpose of defrauding them, apparently puts you on the short list for consideration ---

While I love seeing a chance for Habba to go the Ghouliani route, why do I foresee yet another excuse for Trump’s other lawyers to demand delays? “Your honor, we request 12 additional months in suits XYZ because my fellow att’y Alina Habbas is being subjected to a partisan witch hunt by a lying crisis actor and funded by Democrats/Commies, and as such must reduce her responsibilities in this case until they are quelled, so we need a long, time, I mean, certainly at _least_ a year to get an additional attorney and bring them up to speed for great justice!” ---

“The phone Trump used in the White House.” Might need some clarification here. Is this the phone Trump used within the grounds of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC; or is it one he used while President, no matter where he was: Florida, New York, overseas? Not that it really matters, but if he used one phone from inside the White House, and a different one when he was in, say, Florida; then more than one phone may need to be looked at. ---
