The truest and deepest damage Trump has done to our country is to get many citizens to question what used to be bedrock foundational principles, things we took for granted would always be respected and relied upon. They no longer are. We should not have to celebrate this. The ruling should have been a foregone conclusion. Anyone questioning it deserves only scorn and mockery. Instead, the questioning is discussed as if has a shred of legitimacy. It doesn’t. ---
