I doubt it could be bulldozed. It does have some historical significance. It wasn’t built by Trump, it was built by some heiress 100 years ago. Heck, the value would probably go UP once it’s out of Trump’s tiny grubby hands. ---

Came here to make the same points. Marjorie Merriweather Post was most certainly NOT just some heiress. She was a hugely successful businessperson and philanthropist, married for a time to financier E.F. Hutton and mother of actress Dina Merrill. ---
