Seriously, how the fuck did you think this was going to go dumbasses? The MAGAts who believe deepstate lizard people are eating babies, seem entirely rational next to these fucking idiots. You seriously didn’t see this coming? Ha fucking ha Also I have to add, this would actually be a fucking huge deal for any other presidential candidate eight months before a general election. You are being sued by your cofounders for ripping them off in a major business deal. For anyone else this would be campaign-defining front page news. But, speaking to @BlankSlate and @Ann_Hedonia’s points, this is what makes them so successful with a certain class of MAGA voters. They’re REAL™ in a way they don’t consider the polished, well spoken and well behaved “traditional” politicians. So no matter how bad it is, no matter how hypocritical they may be revealed to be, it doesn’t shake their voting base. If anything, it strengthens it (making them nearly but not entirely immune to being primaried) while gutting moderate, or independant support. I think Boebert’s problem (politically to be clear) is that she depended Too much on this factor, but didn’t actually bother to even try to support her constituents, while others play at least lip-service towards working towards _something_ that makes it appear they’re doing work. And a certain degree of double-standardism working against her as a woman as well. Obstruct the working of Congress on “principle”? No problems! Do it while having a sex scandal with a woman (if you’re male) such as Gaetz? No problems! Do the same but be implicated in a scandal with another male if male, or having a scandal with a man as a woman, and it seems MAGA is less forgiving. ---

I like this last line: **“it comes down to it being a business decision on who you’re doing business with.”** I wonder if Trump will end up having to deal with someone that he’s stiffed or cheated in the past. Maybe it is reference to the western Colarado Uinta basin ( which I think is in Boeberts district) crude oil is very waxy, to the point it’s almost solid if it stays in a tank truck/ rail car too long. Wax and heavy lube oil ? ---
