I predict no bond (what a limb I’ve crawled out on!) and the wheels immediately start turning to seize his most liquid assets. He may have a lot of cash on hand that he’s required to maintain to keep his loans from being called. That’s not Letitia’s problem. Not sure how quickly the wheels turn to seize real estate, but I would not be surprised if today the first step was taken on multiple properties (filing for liens to be granted or whatever legal magic is required to fire the first broadside). I am not predicting another delay or a White Knight, but that’s probably only because I would be crestfallen if that occurred. ---
