As I understand it, Eastman isn’t disbarred _yet_. A California judge recommended that he be disbarred but it has to go to the California Supreme Court to be finalized, which is what Eastman is trying to get delayed. ---

I was wondering about Lin Wood but apparently he “retired” before the investigation against him got to the formal disciplinary action stage. I believe there are various others involved with Powell and Wood’s Michigan case who got sanctioned and fined as well. ---
