And it turns out that this Knight financial company may not have the ready assets to cover the bond, as is required under NY state law. But they are using the fact that they are not registered in NY to do business as a bond company as an excuse as to why they don’t have to follow NY State law for bond companies. That, ladies and gentlemen is the very definition of chutzpah. ---
