I’m picturing an episode of M\* A\* S\* H where Hawkeye was confined to his tent for something or other. Later Hawkeye was free and Winchester was confined. Hawkeye was standing at the tent entrance jumping in and out saying “I can go in. I can go out”. I see Biden standing on the border to Canada, “I can go in, I can go out” ---

Hey! It just occurred to me that, now that Trump is a Convicted Felon, he can’t vote for himself, or for anyone else! He’s a resident of Florida. Felony conviction is in NY so NY felon rules apply. (NY only removes the right to vote while in prison) But there also isn’t anything for DeSantis to pardon. Again NY. ---

Actually, these things are complex. Even though a Canadian official stated that Trump couldn’t travel to Canada, websites I checked aren’t so black and white on the issue. Felons often travel internationally, unless they’re drug dealers. ASnd Trump might be able to vote in Florida. But it’s fun to think about. I believe he’d have to apply for special consideration to the minister for immigration. This is the procedure for felons who have good reasons for wanting to come to Canada. Usually used for musicians/other notables. They have to promise not to do any criming while in Canada. ---

I didn’t suggest this when I was discussing party songs for the conviction, because it’s too on-point and painful for when I want to celebrate, but it’s so utterly perfect for Trump it terrifies me. Not to mention the pain of remembering that we, the species, just cannot let go of our love of such beings. Thankfully, I still have plenty of booze to alternate between celebrating and drowning my sorrows! ---

For example I am now firmly convinced that the actors, writers and producers of this short lived drek of a show were inspired by god to sacrifice their careers so that some 34 years later, it would provide the perfect theme song to take down the anti-christ. . . .
